PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of pre-ejections as small as possible even in bad environmental conditions by correcting the defect that image density is changed when a quiescent time becomes long, in inkjet recording. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording apparatus forms one pixel from ink droplets ejected from one or more nozzles, by using a recording head in which the plurality of nozzles are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the main-scanning direction of the recording head, so as to reduce the problems of the suspension of an inkjet.
