PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel in which deformation of a flange and wobbling width is suppressed without increasing the number of processing and a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The real 30 is provided with: a cylindrical hub 32 on which a recording tape T is wound; an upper flange 38 coupled integrally to one side of an end part peripheral edge of the hub 32; and a lower flange 40 having a bottom wall 42 to which a reel plate 46 is fixed, and bonded to the other end part of the hub 32 by fusing.
