PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that informs a reference person of presence information of much presence information efficiently and in a method considering the protection of personal information, and provides a mechanism for delivering information without making the reference person know the personal information of a presence provider. SOLUTION: In this system, an application server 9 receives secondary presence information where the identification information of the provider of the presence information is anonymized, and also in transmitting a content to an information delivery proxy 2, transmits information obtained by anonymizing the identification information of the provider of the presence information. Therefore, the identification information of the provider of the presence information does not exist on the application server 9, namely the application server 9 does not handle the information directly specifying an individual, and strict management of the information is not required.
