<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp job contents without loading employees or workers. <P>SOLUTION: Information on user operation on software selected by a user from a plurality of types of software operated on a computer is acquired, and the acquired operation information is stored as an operation history associated with operation time and identification information about the operated software. A time range of analysis is acquired (S1), and the time range is divided into a plurality of time periods at preset time intervals. The time of the stored operation history is compared with the time range of each time period so that the operation history in each time period may be extracted, the occurrence frequency of software identification information is computed in each time period from the extracted operation history, and a plurality of software identification information is extracted in each time period in descending order of occurrence frequency until a preset ranking is reached (S3).
