<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and rapidly report the situation of disposal to a client while preventing the client from being specified before completing the disposal when distributing waste documents. <P>SOLUTION: A disposal information processing system comprises a terminal of a client for disposal, a terminal of a distributor, and a control computer connected to both terminals via a communication line. The system further comprises a means for inputting the control code of a storage box storing waste documents in the terminal of the distributor, a means for outputting an invoice label displaying only the arrival shop sorting code and the storage box control code without including any information on the client for disposal and any information on the distribution destination, and a means for transmitting the input storage box control code together with the distribution or disposal situation data to the control computer via the communication line; and still further comprises a means for transmitting the storage box control code received by the control computer and the storage box processing situation data in a relating manner to each other to the client for disposal via the communication line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
