PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of demounting two members from each other with simple operation. SOLUTION: The mounting structure comprises a first member 10 having a first inside face 10A and tongue pieces 12 arranged opposing each other on the first inside face 10A at a prescribed space, and a second member 20 having a first end face 20A for engaging with the first inside face 10A and a second end face 20B for engaging with the tongue pieces 12. The tongue pieces 12 have elasticity in the direction of approaching the second end face 20B, and second recessed portions 14, 15. The second member 20 has second protruded portions 22, 23 on the second end face 20B for engaging with the second recessed portions 14, 15 when the tongue pieces 12 approach it. The mounting structure also has a demounting recessed portion 13. A tool 30 for deflecting the tongue pieces 12 in the direction of leaving the second end face 20B can be freely inserted into the demounting recessed portion 13. The second protruded portions 22, 23 and the second recessed portions 14, 15 are arranged at positions where they are not overlapped with the demounting recessed portion 13 in the inserting direction.
