PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice husking and milling facility securing a certain milling degree for entire volume of husks including treated rice of insufficient husking just before the finish of rice husking and milling, without complicating the apparatus constitution. SOLUTION: The rice husking and milling facility comprises a husking machine 14 husking rice husk, a milling machine 16 milling treated rice husked by the husking machine 14, and a control part controlling the milling degree of the milling machine 16.
