PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking device for reducing a winding speed, in a framed body in which a screen is wound with elasticity accumulated in a coiled spring, when the screen such as an insecticidal net is pulled out to be stretched. SOLUTION: In the framed body, one frame of a framework for being opened/closed by the screen is a storage frame in which a screen winding shaft body is internally mounted, and connecting blocks for the framework are fixed to both ends of the storage frame, respectively. In the winding shaft body, the coiled spring is interposed between an outer cylinder for winding the screen, and a central shaft for journaling the outer cylinder. The screen is pulled out along with the counterrotation of the outer cylinder with respect to the shaft against the elasticity of the coiled spring, and wound by normal rotation by the elasticity. The unidirectional braking device for controlling the speed of the normal rotation of the outer cylinder with respect to the shaft by the coiled spring is internally mounted or embedded in either of the connecting blocks.
