PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry decorative joint cover structure and the like, which prevents the appearance of a joint from being deteriorated because the width of the joint deviates due to a construction error, aged deterioration and the like, and which realizes the appearance without a deterioration in the water sealing performance of a back water sealing material. SOLUTION: A dry decorative joint cover 4 comprises; a side cover portion 5 which follows either of sides sandwiching the joint 2 in between; a side cover part 5 which follows the other one of the sides sandwiching the joint 2 in between; and an intermediate cover part 6, both the respective side parts of which are put into the state of overlapping the respective side cover parts, so as to close a section between the side cover parts. The overlap width varies depending on a difference between the widths of the joints, so that the joint can be kept in a covered state. The joint cover 4 is held on a joint portion by elastically abutting on both side surface portions where the respective side cover portions 5 and 5 sandwich the inside of the joint by the elastic restoring forces of urethane materials 7 and 7.
