PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-slip sheet with character goods, having advantageous functions of enabling small articles to be put thereon so as not to drop, and high advertising effects, suitably utilizable as a sales-promoting tool, and produceable inexpensively. SOLUTION: The non-slip sheet has a flexible sheet 11 having non-slip activities, and the character goods 12 detachably attaching to the flexible sheet 11. The character goods detachably and magnetically attach to the flexible sheet. The one obtained by laminating two material sheets with an adhesive having magnetically attaching properties is used as the flexible sheet 11, and the one obtained by installing a permanent magnet in the bottom part is used as the character goods 12.
