The plier (1) has jaw-shaped retainer jaws (6, 7) provided at ends (2,3) of lever arms (4,5). The jaws with front sides (8,9) are connected with each other, where sides of the jaws are aligned parallel to each other. Actuating lever arms (10, 11) are connected with the arms (4, 5), respectively, in a torque-proof manner for releasing of coupling parts. The actuating arms are kinematically uncoupled from the arms (4, 5), which lie diagonal to a plier-hinge. The arms (4, 5) are arranged close to each other, when the actuating arms are arranged at a distance from each other.
