The actuator has a rotatably supported regulating shaft (3), and a handle (1) that is connected with the regulating shaft, where the handle is pivotable in a direction. The regulating shaft is guided in a sleeve (4) that is supported in housings (6, 7). Radially outward opened casings (14, 14`) are formed in an upper end of the sleeve, where locking bolts (15, 15`) that engage in a locking cam (2), which is formed in an inner side of the handle, are mounted in the casings.
