An intelligent regular auditing system and an auditing method thereof are provided to set up various conditions such as development/deletion of audit items and change or detail extraction condition, and systematically accumulate/structure various information generated during auditing. A database(24) stores transaction information processed by an person to be audited through a terminal. An intelligent audit intermediary module checks whether the transaction information stored in the database is an intelligent audit intermediary item. The intensity audit intermediary module automatically sends a predetermined message to the audited person if the transaction information is the intelligent audit intermediary information, and stores an answer received from the person to be audited to the database. If the intelligent audit intermediary item corresponds to the item normally solved after a predetermined time, the intelligent audit intermediary module terminates the audit if the item is normally solved while periodically checking the item.
