<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the connector in size by increasing the terminal density. <P>SOLUTION: Many terminals 21 and 22 of different size in the connector for a board are arranged in parallel with each other within a connector housing 11, and the front edge of each terminal protruding from the back wall of the connector housing is connected to a board with each terminal inflected downward in the L shape while maintaining the relationship of parallelism with each other. A terminal group consisting of mixture of many terminals 21 and 22 of different size is assigned to be a block B as one unit, and multiple blocks B are lined up to the right and left sides. Within each of the blocks B, thick-sized terminals 21 are arranged at the upper side, while thin-sized terminals 22 are arranged at the lower side. The thick-sized terminals protruding from the back wall of the connector housing are inflected downward in the L shape at the outer side as seen from the connector housing, while the thin-sized terminals are inflected downward in the L shape at the inner side more deeply than the thick-sized terminals as seen from the connector housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
