PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working tool capable of favorably working various types of work surfaces of workpieces by smoothly tilting a turning cutting tool and improving the restoration property from tilting state to a linear state. SOLUTION: A case 3, in its lower part, is disposed with a tilt case 4 tiltably to the axis, and the tilt case, in its inside, is rotatably disposed with a holder 6 via a fourth bearing 45. The lower end of an absorbing rod 22 and the upper end of the holder 6 are mutually connected by a universal coupling rod 5, and the case 3 of the outer circumferential part of the universal coupling rod 5 is disposed with a tilting support pin device 30 formed by downward projecting multiple tilting support pins 32 by being energized by a spring member. The tips of the tilting support pins 32 of the tilting support pin device 30 abut on a pressure receiver plate 41 provided on the upper part of the tilt case 4, and the universal coupling rod 5 has a first universal coupling part 51 connected to the lower part of the absorbing rod 22 and a second universal coupling part 52 connected to the upper part of the holder in the upper part and the lower part of an intermediate shaft respectively.
