PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric rotary sample crushing device which requires only a relatively narrow occupied area and controls external transmission of vibration while exerting a sufficient crushing capability. SOLUTION: An eccentric rotation drive 20 is attached to the main support section 10 and drives the rotation of the lower part of a follower section 30, and the upper thrust shaft of the follower section 30 is supported in the upper part of the main support section 10 in such a way as to be freely movable in a nearly vertical direction. The device, except for items related to the motor, is bilaterally symmetrical with respect to the front. In the eccentric rotation drive 20, disks 22A and 22B are fixed eccentrically to the rotation shaft 21, and a counter weight 27 is installed. In the follower section 30, a radial bearing 33B is arranged between the inner peripheral surface of a circular hole 32B and the outer peripheral surface of an eccentric disk 22B, a base plate 34 is suspended laterally between the upper ends of the legs 31A and 31B, and a sample is held in a sample chamber 36 within a housing 35. Thrust shafts 38A and 38B are erected on the base plate 34 through spindles 37A and 37B and supported by a freely rocking thrust bearing in their upper parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
