<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the long-term durability of PC steel material by adding corrosion resistance to steel wires constituting a corrosion-resistant PC steel stranded wire coated with a resin. <P>SOLUTION: A steel wire is coated with a zinc-containing resin as a method for adding a corrosion resistance to a steel wire. Therefore, the surface of wire constituting a stranded wire is previously cleaned at a part immediately after wire drawing or just before wire twisting, the metal surface is exposed, the surface of steel stranded wire is coated with a zinc-containing thermosetting resin, the thermosetting reaction of the coating film takes advantage of a hot stretch treatment in a wire twisting line, is promoted at a high temperature at a high rate, the hot stretch treatment and the thermosetting reaction are simultaneously carried out and a corrosion-resistant coating film is formed to give the corrosion-resistant PC steel stranded wire. The steel stranded wire is used as a material and an existing resin coating film is piled on it to give the corrosion-resistant PC steel material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
