<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight solar battery module which can be used in the stratosphere, and also to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of solar battery cells which constitute the solar battery module are so arranged that their non-light receiving sides may be in direct contact with a heat insulation board. The light receiving surface sides of the solar battery cells are coated with a transparent protection film. A space is sealed with a transparent adhesive layer between the surface of the heat insulation board whereon the solar battery cells are not arranged and the surface of the solar battery cells not in contact with the heat insulation board and the transparent protection film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
