<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die cushion device with which optimum condition setting matching a forming state is made possible and the reduction of cost or the like is effectively achieved. <P>SOLUTION: A blank holder 15 is upward energized and the peripheral part of a work W is held between a blank holder 15 and the upper die 1 of a press.
