PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that since the conventional portable telephone executes only one of the functions at a time, the portable telephone is regarded as busy when a call is received during reproduction/output of information to consequently reject the call and in this case, the portable telephone continuously reproducing/outputting the information cannot answer even to an important call, and the user of the portable telephone cannot replay desired music and feels unpleasant, when talking over the telephone. SOLUTION: The mobile phone capable of recognizing a call during music replay is disclosed. This mobile phone comprises a talking means and music replay means, and reports a call when receiving the same during music replay by the music replay means.
