PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional current compensation circuit in which a target of current compensation is limited to a current mirror circuit. SOLUTION: This current compensation circuit 1 is provided with a bipolar transistor Q1 (a first bipolar transistor) having a base, to which a bias voltage is given, and a bipolar transistor Q2 (a second bipolar transistor) having a base to which the bias voltage is given via a resistance element R1.
