PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device incorporating an optical device which has optical elements to prevent toner contaminations caused by condensed water droplets in an optical element configuration that the toner is not adsorbed in the condensed water droplets. SOLUTION: This optical device has an optical element 38 to pass or reflect images and projects images with light and forms latent images on a surface to scan with light.
