PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight and high rigidity board material taking the place of a conventional honeycomb structure material. SOLUTION: The light weight composite board material 10 comprises a plurality of tube materials 11 having hollow insides and a pair of surface materials 12 provided so as to close each of the hollow parts of a plurality of the tubes at both ends of these tube materials.
