PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metallic tone decorative sheet having a high interlayer adhesion strength so as to be able to use for three dimensional forming and hard to peel even when three dimensional forming. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the metallic tone decorative sheet comprising a metal thin film layer 3, and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 5 at least disposed in this order on a thermoplastic resin base material 1, the metal thin film layer and the transparent thermoplastic resin layer are bonded together with an adhesive 4 after the metal thin film layer is treated for surface activation so that the surface tension of the metal thin film layer becomes not less than 38 mN/m. The surface activation treatment is any of a corona treatment, a low temperature plasma treatment, a flame treatment or a combination of these. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
