PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body-worn implement 1 having improved airtightness which is used for an automatic excrement disposal apparatus for a sick person, a bedridden elderly person or the like who cannot excrete in a toilet by oneself owing to sickness, surgery or the like. SOLUTION: A leakage preventing silicone rubber pad 107 is attached to the circumference of an excrement tank 14 of the body-worn implement 1. In addition, an antibacterial skin-like pad 106 is bonded by an adhesive to a part that comes into contact with the human skin. The inside of the excrement tank 104 is treated by an antibacterial Teflon (R). The excrement tank 104 has four nozzles, that is, a rear warm water/air nozzle 108, a front warm water/air nozzle 109, a left warm water/air nozzle 110 and a right warm water/air nozzle 111.
