PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing in-mold baked confectionery designed to easily perform operation, uniformly pass heat therethrough, bake the confectionery without unevenness and prevent formation of flashes. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the in-mold baked confectionery is equipped with a heating apparatus 1 supported on supports 3 regulating the height, each freely openable and closable baking mold 2 freely rotatably supported on the heating apparatus 1 and composed of a top force 2a and a bottom force 2b in which shaping parts are recessedly provided and each heat insulating hood 18 placed on the heating apparatus 1, covering the baking mold, having an inner space of size in which the baking mold can be rotated and rotating in the front and rear directions of the heating apparatus 1 in the state engaged with the top force 2a together with the top force 2a to be openable and closable.
