PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional seedling transplanter has a complicated constitution that a seedling planting apparatus is separately equipped with right and left soil preparation rotors and a central soil preparation rotor and yet the weights of the soil preparation rotors are increased and seedling transplantation workability in a field is deteriorated. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter has a constitution that a seedling planting part 4 is equipped with a central soil preparation operation apparatus 27b between right and left rear wheels 11 on the side view of a machine body ahead a center float 55 positioned between the right and left rear wheels 11 when viewed from the front of the machine body, right and left soil preparation operation apparatuses 27a are arranged behind the right and left rear wheels 11 on the on the side view of the machine body at the front of a side float 56 positioned at the rear or the external side of the right and left rear wheels 11, the central soil preparation operation apparatus 27b is connected to the right and left soil preparation operation apparatuses 27a and integrated, a driving power is transmitted from a traveling body 2 side to the central soil preparation operation apparatus 27b by a driving member 72 and a driving power is transmitted from the central soil preparation operation apparatus 27b to the right and left soil preparation operation apparatuses 27a by right and left transmission mechanisms 73.
