The shut-off valve (11) has a valve body (19) with a supply opening and a discharge opening. A valve (17) has a valve closing unit (24), which opens and closes a passage opening (21) surrounded by a valve seat (22). A magnetic path generating device (27) has an anchor (26) for operating the valve, where the anchor is movable in opening direction and closing direction of the valve. The anchor has a retainer (29) at an end pointing to the valve (17), and the valve closing unit is floatably supported and is loaded with a pretensioning force by a flexible resetting unit (34) in the anchor.
