PIXEL CIRCUIT OF ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY

A pixel circuit of OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diodes) is provided to enhance display quality of the OLED by compensating threshold voltage and mobility of a driving transistor. A first transistor(T1) delivers a data signal from data lines in response to selection signals from scan lines. A first capacitor(C1) stores a data signal from the first transistor. A second transistor(T2) compensates for a threshold voltage of the data signal. A fourth transistor(T4) operates the second transistor as a diode in response to a control signal from a control line. A third transistor(T3) delivers the threshold voltage of the second transistor in response to scan signals. A second capacitor(C2) stores the threshold voltage of the second transistor. A fifth transistor(T5) generates a driving current corresponding to a driving current from the second transistor and distribution voltages from first and second capacitors. An organic light emitting diode(OLED) is illuminated by the driving current from the fifth transistor.
