<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit of a vehicular turbocharger capable of preventing spinning of tires of at least driving wheels of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When a compressor 2B of the turbocharger 2 is rotatively driven by an assist motor 2D for servo-assist, the ECU 10 (an assist motor control means) corrects driving electric power of the assist motor 2D based on information concerning spinning factors of the tires of the driving wheels (rear wheels) of the vehicle (tire rib thickness, tire air pressure, tire static friction coefficient, tire dynamic friction coefficient, tire temperature, road temperature, tire load and vehicle traveling mode). In a situation that the tires tend to spin, the ECU 10 (the assist motor control means) decreasingly corrects the assist electric power Wast of the asssit motor 2D to a predetermined value smaller than full assist electric power and therefore the tires can be prevented from spinning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
