<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and clearly achieve the verification of structure in a design stage and safety in a construction stage in the new construction of a building and a structure. <P>SOLUTION: When the a building and a structure is newly constructed, to easily, acquire the overall image of the structure to be constructed, material and quantities of concrete, forms and timberings and or the like and the diameters and the number of reinforcement bars and the thickness of cover concrete or the like based on two-dimensional data such as drawings and specifications and structural design sheets for construction, a three-dimensional visual is prepared by using a three-dimensional design system based on the drawings and specifications or the like, and the overall image of the structure to be constructed and respective materials are individually integrated, and the two-dimensional data can be clearly verified by a third organization including experts. The construction progress is disclosed in real time on a Web site including the three-dimensional image, so that whether or not the construction follows the design can be verified, and that the diameters, the number of reinforcement bars and the thickness of cover concrete or the like in concrete poured in the forms can be verified even after the construction.
