PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-diffusing resin composition that gives a molded product exhibiting good light diffusibility without yellowing by thermal deterioration even when molded into a large-screen light-diffusing plate using a polycarbonate resin, and a light-diffusing plate using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The light-diffusing resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin comprised of a polycarbonate copolymer (A) having recurring structural units represented by general formulae (I) and (II) and, incorporated therewith, 0.01-10 pts.mass of a light-diffusing agent (B).
