PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tracking phenomenon at a contact part of a base of a lamp of a single-ended base lamp socket. SOLUTION: A base bottom surface of a single-ended base lamp having a base with a plurality of base pins projected from a bottom surface is in contact with a surface of the single-ended base lamp socket by press-welded force. A base receiving seat having pin insertion holes formed on a surface for inserting pins for conduction is provided on a bottom plate surface of a socket body. A peripheral part of the pin insertion hole H1 of the base receiving seat 3 of the socket body 1 is recessed, and a receiving base seat 10 of elastic and insulating elastomer is fitted in a recessed part 5 so that the base bottom surface is in contact with the receiving base seat.
