PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a member card ID which can individually identify a member who registered as a shop member at each shop, and promote shop visit between group shops in a discount point management system for managing the point corresponding to a registered member card ID. SOLUTION: Based on that a second register request including an unregistered member card ID and a registered member card ID is received, whether or not the shop corresponding to the unregistered member card ID is in the same group as the shop corresponding to the registered member card ID and the shop corresponding to the other registered member card ID registered corresponding to the registered member card ID is judged (S132). Provided that it is in the same group, the discount point corresponding to the unregistered member card ID and the discount point corresponding to the registered member card ID are added up (S133).
