PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an arrival order determination device used in practicing track and field events and capable of confirming a record of the first finish and the arrival order without using any special and dedicated equipment. SOLUTION: This arrival order determination system consists of a remote control device 30 and an imaging device 50, and the remote control device 30 has a notification means 32 and a transmission means 34 in its inside. The imaging device 50 has a receiving means 51, a time counting means 52, an image pickup means 53, a detection means 55, a display means 58 and a recording means 59. The detection means sets a detection area of a further narrow range at the center of the viewing angle range of a taking lens and monitors the changes in images of this range in real time. The images captured by the image pickup means 53 are sequentially sent to the detection means 55 and compared and computed with their previous images temporarily stored in a storage means.
