The respirator (1) has a spout (4) provided in an area of its two connection ends with respective coils, whose axis stays coaxial to an axis of rotation. The coils are connected by electrical cables, at which a condenser is attached as a coupling component. The coils, electrical cables and the coupling component form an electrical oscillating circuit for transmission of signals from a write read device to a transponder (22) and vice versa. The circuit forms an inductive bypass element, which by-passes a majority of distance between an antenna of the write read device and the transponder.
