CONTROL APPARATUS FOR GASOLINE SUBSTITUTE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM

A control apparatus for a gasoline substitute fuel injection system is provided to easily acquire information on fault of an existing controller and an added controller even without modifying the existing controller. A gasoline injection controller(1) outputs information on fault which is input to a non-gasoline fuel injection controller. Information on fault which is generated by the non-gasoline fuel injection controller is integrated by the method matched to a logical sum, and output to a fault information display from the non-gasoline fuel injection controller to display fault. A communication cable(5) is extended from the gasoline fuel injection controller. The communication cable has an end equipped with a data link connector(7) which is connected to a fault diagnosis tool to provide fault diagnosis information to the outside. A communication cable(5a) is connected to an intermediate portion of the communication cable(5), and extended from the non-gasoline fuel injection controller so as to transmit fault diagnosis information. The non-gasoline fuel injection controller is allocated with an identification different from that of the gasoline injection controller.
