<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board for easily realizing impedance design with strict alignment without increasing line width even in the impedance design in a substrate of which an insulator thickness is large. <P>SOLUTION: On the surface of the printed circuit board; there are a first GND pattern, a first insulator adjacent to the first GND pattern, a line adjacent to the first insulator, a second insulator adjacent to the line, and a second GND pattern adjacent to the second insulator. In this case, the GND pattern is arranged near a line for controlling an impedance value to select a GND arrangement method (arrangement at one side of the line/arrangement at both the sides of the line), the foil space between GND and the line, line width, the thickness of the GND and a line pattern, and the dielectric substance material between the foils of GND-line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
