<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boil-over detector, a boil-over detecting method and a boil-over detection program, surely and easily detecting boil-over in the process of heat cooking. <P>SOLUTION: A data acquiring part 103 acquires a temperature signal of an infrared ray sensor 100 for detecting the temperature of a cooking device, a cooking device size detecting part 107 detects the height and width of the cooking device placed on a heat cooker, a high-temperature part mapping area calculating part 105 calculates a high-temperature part mapping area representing the mapping area of a high-temperature part in the side of the cooking device using a temperature indicated by a temperature signal acquired by the data acquiring part 103 and the height and width of the cooking device detected by the cooking device size detecting part 107, and a boil-over determination part 108 determines the presence/absence of boil-over of cooked material in the cooking device using the high-temperature part mapping area calculated by the high-temperature part mapping area calculating part 105. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
