PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution apparatus calculating an existing load on a CPU and controlling delivery of a job to a linkage document distribution apparatus. SOLUTION: The document distribution system side judges the CPU load and properly divides jobs. An MFP is arranged on a network, and a plurality of document distribution apparatuses are arranged on the network. Scanning, copying, printing, and facsimile transmission are executed from the MFP on the basis of a user's manipulation. As an operation in the document distribution apparatus, electronified documents (jobs) transmitted from an input apparatus are received, and the jobs are divided according to on the CPU load of a linkage server.
