PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane heater of which a constant warmth is obtained without varying a resistance value and without losing a sitting comfort due to a protrusion feeling when a user is seated, when, as an instance, the plane heater is mounted on a seat. SOLUTION: When mechanical stress B such as tensile force is added on a mesh 7 in a slanted direction, a crossing position between threads 6 is not displaced, only the mesh 7 is deformed in a direction of the mechanical stress B, and extended.
