PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal relay and a short circuit breaker with a light-emitting tripping indicator in which a tripping of a thermal relay and a short circuit breaker can be easily noticed and a recovery can be done quickly. SOLUTION: The tripping indicator of the thermal relay and the short circuit breaker is changed to a light-emitting type and each of tripping cases can be noticed easily, and a recovery from a breakdown of an electric controlling unit and a power failure in a house can be done easily.
