PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber compound composition that maintains processability and rubber properties about the same as that of conventional carbon black blend, has improved setting resistance, excellent durability and is colored in color except black in spite of using a reinforcing agent except carbon black. SOLUTION: The rubber compound composition comprises preferably 20-120 parts wt. of silica and 1-30 parts wt. of an organosilane compound represented by general formula (1): R<SP>1</SP><SB>m</SB>(R<SP>2</SP>O)<SB>n</SB>Si (m and n are each an integer and m+n is 4; R<SP>1</SP>is a 4-20C alkyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-3C alkyl group) based on 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component.
