PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative coating sheet which has a sufficient strength to pull to prove that a coating layer does not break under a strong pulling force, by forming the coating layer in one piece with a porous sheet base, is easy to carry, and can be applied to the wall surface easily with the same finish results as when the wall surface is touched up with a coating material. SOLUTION: The overall coating layer 21 with the coating material applied and formed over the entire surface of the porous sheet base 1 is formed. When the decorative coating sheet is applied, a mortar is applied on the wall surface intended for the application work, and the back of the decorative coating sheet A is adhesively attached to the surface of the wall surface mortar layer while the latter is still wet.
