PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device and a coating device which enable steady coating in a predetermined amount of treating liquids independently of a change in the coating environment of the treating liquids. SOLUTION: A temperature of the surroundings of the recording device is detected by a thermometer 200 installed to the recording device. Further, the rotation speed is decided according to the relation of the detected temperature and the amount of the treating liquids applied.
