PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an activation device for water with a relatively simple device constitution which has no risk of water leakage, also has excellent efficiency in activation, and is inexpensively producible. SOLUTION: The activation device for water is provided with a housing storing a structure where each N pole 2 and S pole 3 of at least a pair of permanent magnets are oppositely arranged with a water tube 1 sandwiched, and a paramagnetic metal plate 4 and a diamagnetic metal plate 5 arranged at the positions sandwiching the magnetic flux between the permanent magnets in such a manner that the water passage 1 is sandwiched are connected with a high electroconductive wire 6.
