PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble generator and a hot-water supply apparatus for a bath reducing an initial cost and a running cost and being hardly restricted by installation environment. SOLUTION: This hot-water supply apparatus for the bath having the fine bubble generator 10 for supplying warm water including fine bubbles to a bathtub is so formed that the fine bubble generator 10 has a gas-liquid dissolution tank 20, a water supply line 31a, a fluid nozzle 21, a decompression nozzle 22, and a first fluid cutoff valve 13; tap water is supplied from the water supply line 31a to the gas-liquid dissolution tank 20 filled with gas and closed by the first fluid cutoff valve 13 via the fluid nozzle 21 and, a prescribed time later, the water supply line 31a is opened to allow the passing of water through the decompression nozzle 22, so that the warm water including the fine bubbles is supplied to the bathtub 50.
