PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction foot pad which is used to correct a user's abnormal posture who has a defect in the lower half of his body, and to provide its setting method. SOLUTION: The correction foot pad 11 is arranged correspondingly to the heel area or the toe area of a human sole and is formed in the shape and the size corresponding to the heel area or the toe area of the sole. With one of the correction foot pads 11 is arranged in the toe area of one sole, when a foot feel tension in the muscles connected to the joints in both feet and feel the loosening of the muscles, you require the installation of the correction foot pad 11. The correction foot pad 11 is exchanged with a correction foot pad having a different thickness until you sense a balance in the tension of the muscles connected to the joints between both feet.
