PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training machine by improving a conventional exercise bar to allow a training person to easily train the broadest muscle of back. SOLUTION: The training machine 15 comprises a support frame 17 erected in a base frame 16; a movable arm 18 supported between upper ends of the support frame 17 in such a way as movable in the vertical direction; a load applying device 20 to apply a load to the movable arm 18; and a handle 19 attached to the movable arm 18. The handle 19 has a U-shaped handle body 16 with both sides 50 rotatably supported to the distal end of the movable arm 18, and left and right grips 48 extended outward from the opening ends of the both sides 50 of the handle body 46.
