PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic puncture attachment which makes it possible to change an imaging surface even in a punctured state. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic puncture attachment comprises a holding frame 21 for holding a probe, a support ring 12 for supporting the holding frame 21 through a main support part 22 and a sub support part 23 provided on both ends of the holding frame 21, and a puncture needle guide 11 fixed to the support ring 12 for guiding a puncture needle N in a prescribed direction. Thus, when the holding frame 21 is turned to a reference posture and a reference direction, puncture is executed while capturing the puncture needle within the imaging surface at all times. When the holding frame is changed from the reference posture and/or the reference direction, the imaging surface is tilted and/or rotated and thus conditions around a punctured part are observed.
